Organisation, board and management

The key to success for trading companies is good interaction between the purchasing and sales functions. Both functions are therefore represented in North Trade’s management. The purchasing function is divided into supplier markets, while the sales function, under the respective Country Managers for Sweden and Finland, is divided into customer groups, with Key Account Managers for all major customer groups. The logistics function is largely outsourced to leading logistics companies in Sweden and Finland.
