Choicest quality meat with an exceptional flavour


We can offer Wagyu beef from New Zealand which meets our NATURKÕTT® criteria. Cattle have been fed on grass and grass silage if necessary to ensure the desired meat quality. The meat comes from Wagyu and Angus crossbreeds. Crossbreeding takes advantage of the hetrosis effect (healthy and strong animals) and achieves the desired marbling effect.

Marbling is evaluated on a 12-point scale, on which 12 is virtually all white. Our Wagyu meat is graded between 7 and 9 on this scale, which is optimum marbling for succulent and richly flavoured meat.
